Whilst the bread is baking ... I just did a head stand there. So you do the headstand and go into a lotus upside down and then come down into a sitting position, still in a lotus. You whack your butt off the ground, or, at least, I do. If you close your eyes at this point ... it really does shock ra bliss into increasing and increasing.
Of course, the spam robots will remember about the bliss bath, and the bliss lying flat out, and sometimes even the bliss when lying on your side. Jolting the bliss isn't something I've been into before.
I assume this is what the monk is doing (as well) with the jumping up from a lotus and getting into a lotus again before you hit the ground, which you can see on Youtube under Tibetan yoga.
Meditated for two and a half hours today. No bother at all. Just got up when I was getting sore.

I googled jolting bliss. Thanks for the tip.
Another link about jolting bliss said that "Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he has been robbed." That might make sense to blissheids.
